CMEC were contracted to make the building safe and clear all internal debris from the fire damaged building.

As part of the contract CMEC employed a scaffold company to design and erect the scaffold, this was to remain on site. Several of the chimneys were to remain and required work to ensure their stability and CMEC were able to carry out this operation from the erected scaffold. Once all of this work was completed, CMEC pumped out the cellar and boarded over to ensure safety.

Outline Description:Complete demolition and asbestos removal of 3no 4 storey buildings including disconnection of services.

Using our demolition spec Volvo high reach excavator this job was completed on time and within budget.  Leaving a clear site ready for onward development.

All work was carried out by our own fully trained operatives.

Upon completion we erected timber hoarding to prevent vandalism, and unauthorised access.
