This contract was for the demolition of former Office World in the centre of Sheffield.

CMEC Demolition provided a complete demolition package for this project from the service disconnections through asbestos removal (using CMEC operatives) to complete demolition including all the necessary paperwork (ASB 5, section 80 etc) along the way.

Upon completion of all demolition works CMEC were asked to provide a permanent hoarding to site to be painted in the clients corporate colours.

Public House, Nottingham - Demolition

This contract was to demolish a fire damaged former public house, which was being used by the local children as a playground. Once we had cleared the site we had to arrange for palisade fencing to be erected around the site to stop anyone gaining access.The Council had had the building Scaffolded, this came down as we demolished the building.

Programme & Budget:

Completion of works on time and within budget.

The building was on a busy road into the city centre, we liaised with the highways department to enable us to close one lane of the road to minimise the risk to pedestrians and vehicles passing.
