This ethos also carries through to how the Company is managed and CMEC aims to employ the local labour force, investing in their future through regular appraisals, reviews and training. The Company is very much a ‘family’ and the founder takes pride in his workforce as they are ‘the Company’ and CMEC is only as good as they are.

Where possible we use the local supply chain ensuring that money is reinvested and generated in Nottinghamshire. Our material supply chain is based upon using local companies first and not using price as the driving factor but using it in conjunction with the factors that drive CMEC such as service, loyalty and reputation.
