Strip Outs

The refurbishment of an existing structure that has a suitable outer shell is a specialised area of demolition.

The term “strip outs” can often be a little misleading, as this area of our operations can vary from removal of surplus soft furnishings and decorations through to the complete internal demolition and strip out of all internal walls and floors; leaving only the outer walls and roof.

To date we have completed a variety of jobs to include:

• Removal of a redundant boiler and associated pipework
• The complete strip out of an old cinema for re-fit to become a night club
• Removal of shop front canopies and internal fittings for a supermarket chain extension
• Removal of display cabinets and furnishings for a high street sports out
• Clearance of a fire damaged department store prior to re-fit
• Removal of stairs and escalators
