From the beginning, CMEC has recognised the value of recycling materials produced at a demolition site. With our specialised tools and procedures, we are able to prepare the ferrous, non-ferrous, and raw materials.

CMEC recognizes that scrap is merchandise, a precious commodity to be carefully processed, handled, graded, and then properly cared for until sold.

CMEC strives to get the highest values for the on site materials; minimizing the customers overall cost for the project.

When CMEC demolish a building, where possible, we will recycle the building material, due to the increasing pressure on the earth's resources and the ever increasing cost of disposal. Whether it's bricks, stone tiles, windows, timber and steel or architectural features, all can be cleaned and palletised for re-use elsewhere.

We can crush on site to produce a specific grade of crushed hardcore from 6f2 or Type 1 that can then be re-used on site or on another site or passed onto a 3rd party for re-use.
